Please register using the following form and then submit payment below.

    I agree to bring my daughter to practice on time and pick her up on time.  She will not miss more than two practices.  If she is unable to attend a practice, I will email Mrs. Felsen at [email protected] and let her know ahead of time.  I will also make sure that my daughter learns her lines by heart by February 20. 

    If my daughter does not follow these guidelines, or misses practices without an explanation ahead of time, she may not be able to continue to participate in the play.  I also agree to sell at least 10 tickets for the play.  I will also volunteer for one of the items above to help out with the play.
